Question: How quickly will you return my calls?

Answer: I return all client calls the same day that I am called unless I am on vacation or it is a non-urgent call made over the weekend or at night. If the matter is urgent, my phone recording has my cell number. If my client is in jail, I will have to schedule a time to visit with him that fits the jail and my own business schedule. I do take collect calls from clients in jail unless I am in court or conference. I have never had a complain that I am not easily accessible.
